We’ve had excellent success with the Epson printers. The print quality is fantastic, regardless of the speed you print labels at. Where a traditional label printer would need to be slowed down to handle great temps, the Epson just chugs along at full speed with no degradation in quality. It’s simple to set up, and it just works. Epson stands behind their product too. Any issues we’ve had they’ve covered with no expense out of our pockets. They even put me on the phone with one of their software engineers when we were having issues getting a driver to work. Advantage has been there for us anytime there was an issue, with same day service and a loaner on site if it needed more attention directly from Epson.

Our label designs, popping color pictures, and overall structure have received rave reviews from customers and competitors alike. With having 1st hand real-time access for over 3+ years now and a greater and greater demand for on-demand labels for certain customers, this machine has performed it’s job function and then some. Working closely with Advantage on setting up seasonal PM’s, service calls, and ink and maintenance box orders has been stellar. Their reputation for ensuring customers get what they need when they need it regardless of the time of day speaks for itself. Couldn’t imagine working with anyone else and thinking it would be better.
